BESKRIVNING
The BR 47/35 ESC cleans escalators and moving walkways quickly and thoroughly, whether for basic cleaning or maintenance. The escalator is cleaned as it enters. It works close to the edges right up to the outermost profile groove.
Cleaning with the BR 47/35 ESC can be done while the escalator or moving ramp is running. The machine is placed at the bottom of the escalator. Special nozzles spray cleaning solution onto the scrubbing brushes which then transfer it to the profiles. (The profiles must move away from the machine.) Dirty cleaning solution is then sucked away at the same time. This is done with the help of pick-up brushes which transfer the solution to the suction nozzles. The design of the brush head and central brush motor enables the brushes to reach and clean right up to the outermost profile groove. A centering rail in the middle of the brush head keeps the machine aligned during the cleaning process. The BR 47/35 ESC is suitable for a wide range of escalator and moving ramp brands. There are four different types of scraper strips to suit most brands. They grip the profile grooves to seal the area between the machine and the profiles for effective pick-up.
