With our HG 64 water heater (64 kW heat output), you can cost-effectively convert any cold water washer into a hot water washer with higher cleaning performance.
When working with high-pressure cleaners, you can achieve 35% faster and better cleaning results with hot water compared to cold water. Our HG 64 hot water heater is a cost-effective solution for upgrading your cold water cleaner - regardless of its age, capacity or manufacturer. Hot water dissolves greasy, oily and caked-on dirt much more effectively than cold water, thereby also saving on cleaning agents. It also significantly reduces the number of bacteria and, in order to protect sensitive surfaces, it is possible to reduce the working pressure while maintaining the same cleaning power. The hot water heater, which is effectively protected against damage by a tube frame, is consistently designed for long-term use, has a safety block with pressure switch, water shortage protection and an efficient, low-emission and long-lasting burner with 64 kW output. In addition, an integrated Soft Damping System effectively protects the heating coil from vibrations and thus increases its service life.
