The mobile, torque-driven ID 130/22 dust extractor is suitable for vacuuming large quantities of fine chips and dust that are hazardous to health (OEL > 0.1 mg/m³). It has a robust and user-friendly design.
The ID 130/22 dust collector has a powerful and energy-efficient (IE2) radial compressor with high volume flows, which is also designed for continuous operation, for example in three-shift workplaces. The mobile, torque-driven system with a nominal power consumption of 2.2 kW and a dust class M filter system is designed to suck up large quantities of fine chips and dust that are harmful to health (OEL > 0.1 mg/m³). Its robust and user-friendly design meets the most important requirements for demanding industrial applications. A manual shaking mechanism effectively cleans the long-lasting compact filter, while the 170-liter collection container can be emptied easily and ergonomically without removing the drive head via the trolley. A PE bag with integrated closing mechanism and pressure equalization hose on the machine ensures dust-free emptying and safe disposal of the suction medium. On request, various overfill protection mechanisms can also be integrated. The system can also be expanded with multiple suction points, and the application range can be expanded to include dust class H.
