Dry ice blaster IB 10/8 L2P

Spontaneous cleaning work with dry ice blasters during machine or vehicle maintenance, for cleaning in manufacturing processes or for vehicle conditioning was previously hardly conceivable because the dry ice logistics behind the scenes were too expensive for short-term use. This is now possible with the IB 10/8 L2P, the world's first dry ice blaster with integrated dry ice production made from liquid CO₂. Thanks to an innovative process, dry pellets are produced from liquid CO₂ as needed – L2P stands for "Liquid-to-Pellet". Since liquid CO₂ can be stored in gas cylinders for a virtually unlimited time, the usual time-consuming dry ice logistics are avoided. The machine's very low compressed air consumption also significantly reduces infrastructure requirements. At the same time, the advantages of Kärcher dry ice technology are fully retained. The IB 10/8 L2P cleans very gently – even for complex contours such as grooves, bearings or cavities and in the case of heavy contamination, such as burnt layers. Grinding residues are reliably avoided.
