The stationary, low-noise vacuum cleaner ID 265/55 AFC is designed for vacuuming large quantities of dust, fine chips and hazardous dust (OEL ≥ 0.1 mg/m³). The torque-driven machine with a nominal power input of 5.5 kW and a dust class M filter system has a powerful, energy-efficient radial compressor for high volume flows as well as a low-wear and maintenance-friendly motor. It meets the requirements of demanding industrial applications with its robust and service-friendly design and its suitability for continuous three-shift operation. An electric vibration motor ensures effective cleaning of the long-lasting and washable pocket filter. The 50-liter rolling container has a sieve plate for level control and is emptied via an ergonomically designed tipping trolley without having to remove the drive head. A PE bag with integrated closing mechanism ensures a dust-free process and safe disposal of the suction waste. On request, it is possible to expand the machine to cover dust class H and also Zone 22. It can also be used for multiple parallel suction points.
