Protects submersible pumps and thus improves operational reliability: the robust and easy-to-install pre-filter for SP 1 to SP 5 submersible plan/dirt pumps.

The robust pre-filter can alternatively be mounted on the submersible pump. The use of a pre-filter is particularly recommended when the pump is used in heavily polluted water, e.g. in construction pits or flooded areas. The filter can be used to prevent large dirt particles from entering the pump. This protects the pump impeller and prevents the pump from being blocked by branches or dirt particles – thereby improving its operational reliability. The pump pre-filter is suitable for SP 1 to SP 5 submersible surface/dirt pumps and has a mesh size of approximately 5 mm.
