Truck wash RBS 6012

The RBS 6000 is a manual vehicle wash with a brush for commercial vehicles. Its design and construction are based on Kärcher's expertise in vehicle washing. The focus is on the gentle removal of traffic film with rotating wash rollers. The machine is the ideal solution for fast and thorough all-round washing (sides, front and rear) of small vehicle fleets. In every washing process where water and detergent are used during the wash cycle, an aggressive environment is created. For this reason, Kärcher places particular emphasis on providing the system's components with optimum protection against wear and corrosion. The frame is therefore made of an aluminium welded construction. The compact design on a stable chassis with 6 guide rollers ensures good stability. The RBS 6000 is easy to move with the help of 4 castors (2 of which can be locked). Two additional wheels guarantee good stability and direction during the washing process. The brush rotation provides support for the forward movement along the vehicle. The system combines – following suggestions from industrial designers – an elegant exterior with high operational reliability and optimal handling. This is confirmed by the recognised German test certificate “GS-Gütesiegel”. The brushes (right and left movement) are regulated by means of holding devices on both sides. The water supply can be stopped with a slide valve. Detergent is added to the water with a dosing pump. Handles with plastic grips, frames with rounded edges and spacer rollers protect the user and the vehicle. The brush shaft has double supports and is driven by a gear motor with self-tensioning chain drive. The white and yellow brush (operating diameter approx. 1,000 mm) has profiled polyethylene bristles in individually replaceable sections.
